10 Minute Pasta Bake

 Cook 2 cups of pasta in boiling salted water, when cooked cool under cold running water and place in an oven proof dish. Fry some chopped vegetables of your choice (eg onion, mushrooms, carrots, celery etc) and 2 cloves of garlic in a little olive oil until soft.  Add some chopped tomato stir & cook for a few minutes. Mix vegtable mix with a jar of pasta bake and then combine with the cooked pasta. Sprinkle with cheese and then place in a moderate oven for 15 to 20 mins and serve hot. For a protein hit just add some chicken, bacon or tuna to the recipe.
