Cream, ½ cup of sugar and 60g of margarine. Mix in 1 tpsn of vanilla essence, 1 egg, ½ cup of milk and 2 cups of SR and mix until smooth. For White Chocolate Muffins stir in 100g of white chocolate chips. For Chocolate muffins simply mix 40g of cocoa with the batter, then stir in 100g of milk chocolate chips. Divide mixture into muffin tins and bake in at 180c for 20 minutes.
