Mix 1 1/2 cup of SR flour , ¾ of a cup of brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract and 2 eggs together in a bowl. Once it forms a soft dough, put a table spoon mixture onto an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 425 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Once cooked and cooled, drizzle some melted milk chocolate over the top.
