Healthy Homemade Muesli

 Combine 2 cups of oats, 1 cup of bran, 2 cups of rice flakes, 2 tssp of slivered almonds and ¾ of flaked coconut. Blend 2 tbsp of honey and 150ml of orange juice (warm gently in microwave), pour over dry ingredients, mix well. Place mixture onto a baking tray lined with baking paper, bake at 150°C for 25-30 minutes or until golden, stirring occasionally. Cool. Combine with dried fruit of your choice.
