Tasty Nachos


INGREDIENTS:
300g CC’s corn chips;
2 cups of prepared chilli con carne mix;
1cup Bega Tasty Grated Cheese; sliced jalapeno peppers (optional);
½ cup Fabulous sour cream;
½ cup guacamole;
 

METHOD: Preheat oven to 160oc or 140oc fan forced. In a large ovenproof ceramic bowl or serving dish. Layer corn chips, chilli con carne mix and grated cheese. Repeat to use up ingredients. Top with jalapenos if desired. Cook in oven 15 – 20 minutes until cheese is melted and golden. Serve garnished with a large spoon of sour cream and guacamole. Serve 4.
