SPAR Australia Footy Frenzy Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Competition Organiser:

The promoter is SPAR Australia Limited (ABN: 69 102 281 167), located at 30 Fox Road, Acacia Ridge, QLD 4110 (“the Promoter”). ACT Permit No. TP 26/00985  

2. Eligibility:

(a) Entry is open to residents of Queensland (QLD), New South Wales (NSW), and the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) aged 18 years or older, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and any agencies or individuals directly associated with the administration of the competition.
(b) "Immediate family" includes a spouse, ex-spouse, de facto partner, child (natural or adopted), stepchild, parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, sibling, or stepsibling.
(c) No purchase is necessary to enter.
(d) By participating, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
(e) Entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or generated by automated means will be deemed invalid.
(f) The Promoter may verify the identity and eligibility of entrants and may request proof of identification and residential address.
(g) Each person may win a maximum of one (1) daily prize and one (1) grand prize during the promotional period.

​(h)The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entrants who submit multiple entries using different email  addresses, identities, or devices to circumvent entry limits. 

3. Competition Details:

(a) The competition begins at 12:00am (AEST) on 27 May 2026 and ends at 11:59pm (AEST) on 30 June 2026.  Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.  
(b) The rules of the game and how to enter are as follows:

• Catch the Rugby Balls to score 1 point each.

• Avoid Soccer Balls and Tennis Balls – if 3 are hit, the game ends and no entry is awarded.  

• Once a player reaches 50 points in a single game, the game will automatically end and the entrant will  qualify for one (1) entry into the prize draw.  

•  After gameplay, entrants must complete registration details to validate their entry. 

(c) A valid entry requires the entrant to:

• Play the Footy Frenzy game and reach 50 points in a single game without the game ending due to hitting 3 incorrect objects; and  

• Submit complete and accurate registration details, including full name, valid email address, phone  number, and a valid Australian postal address.  

(d) Each entrant may play the game once per day during the promotional period. Only one (1) valid entry per  person per day will be accepted. Any additional attempts in the same day by the same individual will not  generate additional entries.  
(e) All valid entries will be pooled into a single national entry pool. Weekly prize draws will be conducted at  random from this pool on the draw dates specified below. Entries remain valid for all subsequent weekly  draws unless the entrant has already been drawn as a winner.  

(f) Prize draws will be conducted at 9:00am AEST at SPAR Australia Head Office, 30 Fox Road, Acacia Ridge  QLD 4110 on the following dates:  

• Wednesday, 3 June 2026  
• Wednesday, 10 June 2026  
• Wednesday, 17 June 2026  
• Wednesday, 24 June 2026  
• Wednesday, 1 July 2026  
(g) The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

4. Prizes:

Week 1 Draw – 3 June 2026  
• 10 × Kayo Sports Subscription Voucher (RRP $100.00 each) – Total $1,000.00

• 5 × JBL Charge 6 Portable Bluetooth Speaker (RRP $229.95 each) – Total $1,149.75  
Week 3 Draw – 17 June 2026  
• 2 × Ninja Foodi Smart XL Grill & Air Fryer (RRP $349.99 each) – Total $699.98  
• 2 × Ninja Foodi MAX XXXL Dual Zone Air Fryer (RRP $349.99 each) – Total $699.98  
Week 4 Draw – 24 June 2026  
• 3 × Nintendo Switch 2 Console (Console Only) bundled with EA SPORTS FC 26 (Nintendo Switch 2) – Total  combined RRP $785.95 each – Total $2,357.85  
Week 5 Draw – 1 July 2026  
• 3 × Yaber K2s Pro Entertainment Projector (RRP $599.99 each) – Total $1,799.97  
• 5 × Ninja FrostVault Hard Cooler 47L – Grey (RRP $399.99 each) – Total $1,999.95  
Total number of prizes: 30  
Total prize pool value: $9,707.48  
The total prize pool value is based on recommended retail values at the time of promotion planning. The Promoter  reserves the right to adjust individual prize values in line with supplier pricing changes, provided the overall prize  pool remains substantially similar, and any adjustments do not materially affect the total advertised value.  
Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value, subject to regulatory approval if required.  
Kayo Sports Subscription Vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing provider.  
 

5. Winner Notification:

(a) Winners will be drawn at 9:00am AEST on the dates outlined in Section 3.  
(b) Winners will be notified via email or phone. 
(c) Winners will be announced on the SPAR Australia Facebook page at 3:00pm AEST on the day following  each draw.  
(d) Each individual may win only one (1) prize during the promotion.  
(e) EIf any prize remains unclaimed within thirty (30) days of the final draw date, a redraw will be conducted at 9:00am AEST 31st of July 2026 at SPAR Australia Head Office, 30 Fox Road, Acacia Ridge QLD 4110. Redrawn winners will be notified via email and announced on the SPAR Australia Facebook page within three (3) business days.   
(f) If a prize remains unclaimed after this period, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct further redraws in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.   
 

6. Prize Delivery:

(a) All prizes will be delivered via Australia Post to the valid Australian postal address provided at the time of  entry.  
(b) The Promoter is not responsible for prizes that are undelivered due to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid  address details supplied by entrants. Entries with invalid or incomplete addresses may be deemed  ineligible.  
(c) Delivery is only available within Australia.

(d) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for delays in delivery caused by Australia Post or other third-party carriers.   

7. Liability:

(a) The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participating in the competition or using a prize, except where required by law.
(b) The Promoter is not responsible for technical failures or third-party platform issues that may affect entry or gameplay.
(c) The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any circumstance beyond its control.
 

8. Privacy:

(a) Personal information is collected and handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the SPAR Australia Privacy Policy, available at https://www.spar.com.au/term.
(b) Entrants’ details will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, unless required by law.
(c) By entering, winners consent to their name and/or image being used in promotional material related to the competition.
 

9. General:

(a) The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
(b) All decisions by the Promoter are final. No correspondence will be entered into.
(c) These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state or territory of the entrant’s residence.
