SHOP & WIN 2026 Terms & Conditions
1. Eligible Entrants
1.1 Entry is open to QLD, NSW or ACT residents aged 18 years or over who are customers of participating SPAR or SPAR Express stores.
1.2 Employees of SPAR Australia Limited, participating SPAR retailers, advertising agencies, production companies and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
1.3 For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, "immediate family" means a spouse, de facto partner, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, grandchild, aunt, uncle, niece or nephew, whether by birth, marriage or adoption.
2. Promoter
2.1 The promoter is SPAR Australia Limited (ABN 69 102 281 167) of 30 Fox Road, Acacia Ridge QLD 4110.

3. Permits

4. Promotional Period
4.1 The promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on Wednesday 14 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Tuesday 17 November 2026.
4.2 All entries must be received by the Promoter before the end of the Promotional Period.
5. How to Enter
5.1 To enter, an Eligible Entrant must:
a) Spend a minimum of $15 on Participating Products in a single transaction at a participating SPAR or SPAR Express store during the Promotional Period; and
b) Upload a clear image of their purchase receipt and complete the entry form at www.spar.com.au/shopandwin before the end of the Promotional Period.
5.2 The minimum $15 spend is the net amount actually paid by the entrant for Participating Products after any applicable discounts and inclusive of GST.
5.3 A "Qualifying Transaction" means a single transaction at a participating SPAR or SPAR Express store during the Promotional Period where the Eligible Entrant makes a net purchase of at least $15 on Participating Products after any applicable discounts and inclusive of GST.
5.4 The purchase receipt must clearly show the date of purchase, Participating Products purchased and transaction details.
5.5 The current list of Participating Products is available at www.spar.com.au/shopandwin and Participating Products will be identified by promotional point-of-sale materials in all participating stores.
5.6 The Promoter may request the original purchase receipt at any time for verification. Entrants should retain their original receipt until the promotion has concluded and all prizes have been distributed.
6. Participating Products and Stores
6.1 Participating Products are the products identified on the SHOP & WIN Participating Products list available at www.spar.com.au/shopandwin. Participating Products will also be identified by promotional point-of-sale materials in participating stores. In the event of any discrepancy, the Participating Products list on the website will prevail.
6.2 The Participating Products list will be available during the Promotional Period.
6.3 Purchases must be made at participating SPAR or SPAR Express stores during the Promotional Period.
6.4 Purchases from stores or retailers that are not participating in the promotion are not eligible.
7. Limits on Entry
7.1 Multiple entries are permitted.
7.2 Only one entry may be submitted per Qualifying Transaction.
7.3 Each purchase receipt may only be used once.
7.4 An entrant may win a maximum of one (1) Weekly Prize across all five (5) Weekly Prize Draws.
7.5 Once an entrant has won a Weekly Prize, all remaining entries belonging to that entrant will be excluded from all subsequent Weekly Prize Draws.
7.6 An entrant who wins a Weekly Prize remains eligible to win a Grand Prize.
7.7 An entrant may win a maximum of one (1) Grand Prize.
8. Invalid Entries
8.1 An entry will be considered invalid if:
a) it does not comply with these Terms & Conditions;
b) the entry is incomplete, illegible, inaccurate or misleading;
c) the purchase receipt is altered, duplicated, tampered with or otherwise unable to be verified;
d) the purchase does not meet the minimum $15 net spend requirement;
e) the purchase receipt has previously been used to enter the promotion; or
f) the entry is submitted outside the Promotional Period.
8.2 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or entry where it reasonably believes the entrant has breached these Terms & Conditions or engaged in fraudulent, misleading or improper conduct.
9. Weekly Prize Draws
9.1 There will be five (5) Weekly Prize Draws during the Promotional Period.
9.2 Each Weekly Prize Draw will be conducted from all valid entries received from the commencement of the Promotional Period up to and including the relevant draw date.
9.3 The Weekly Prize Draws will therefore operate on a cumulative entry basis.
9.4 Entrants who have already won a Weekly Prize in an earlier draw will be excluded from all subsequent Weekly Prize Draws. All remaining entries belonging to that entrant will be excluded.
9.5 Each Weekly Prize Draw will consist of eleven (11) randomly selected winning entries:
a) one (1) winner of $1,000 cash; and
b) ten (10) winners of a $100 Prezzee Gift Card.
9.6 The $1,000 cash prize will be drawn first, followed by the ten (10) $100 Prezzee Gift Card prizes.
9.7 Each valid entry has an equal chance of being selected, subject to the eligibility and prize restrictions set out in these Terms & Conditions.
9.8 The Weekly Prize Draws will take place at 11:00am AEST at SPAR Australia, 30 Fox Road, Acacia Ridge QLD 4110, on the following dates:
Weekly Prize Draw 1: Wednesday 21 October 2026
Weekly Prize Draw 2: Wednesday 28 October 2026
Weekly Prize Draw 3: Wednesday 4 November 2026
Weekly Prize Draw 4: Wednesday 11 November 2026
Weekly Prize Draw 5: Wednesday 18 November 2026
9.9 Weekly Prize winners will be notified by email on the day following the relevant draw.
9.10 Weekly Prize winners will also be announced on the SPAR Australia Facebook page.
10. Grand Prize Draw
10.1 The Grand Prize Draw will include all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.
10.2 Winning a Weekly Prize does not affect an entrant's eligibility to win a Grand Prize.
10.3 The Grand Prize Draw will take place at 11:00am AEST on Thursday 19 November 2026 at SPAR Australia, 30 Fox Road, Acacia Ridge QLD 4110.
10.4 Three (3) Grand Prize winners will be randomly drawn in the following order:
a) First Prize: $20,000 cash;
b) Second Prize: $10,000 cash; and
c) Third Prize: $5,000 cash.
10.5 Each valid entry has an equal chance of being selected, subject to the eligibility and prize restrictions set out in these Terms & Conditions.
10.6 An entrant may win a maximum of one (1) Grand Prize.
10.7 Grand Prize winners will be notified by email and/or telephone on Monday 23 November 2026.
10.8 Grand Prize winners will be announced on the SPAR Australia Facebook page on Tuesday 24 November 2026.
11. Unclaimed and Undistributed Prizes
Weekly Prizes
11.1 The Promoter will make at least three (3) reasonable attempts to contact each Weekly Prize winner using the contact details provided at the time of entry, by telephone and/or email.
11.2 Weekly Prezzee Gift Cards will be distributed electronically to the email address nominated by the winner.
11.3 Weekly cash prizes will be paid by electronic funds transfer to the bank account nominated by the winner, subject to the winner completing the bank details form requested by the Promoter.
11.4 If a Weekly Prize winner cannot be contacted after the attempts described in clause 11.1, or a Weekly Prize is otherwise unable to be distributed, the relevant Weekly Prize will be included in the Weekly Prize redraw, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
11.5 The Weekly Prize redraw will take place at 11:00am AEST on Thursday 3 December 2026 at SPAR Australia, 30 Fox Road, Acacia Ridge QLD 4110.
11.6 The relevant unclaimed Weekly Prize will be redrawn from the eligible entries remaining in the applicable Weekly Prize Draw pool.
11.7 The Weekly Prize redraw will be conducted by random draw and each eligible entry remaining in the relevant draw pool will have an equal chance of being selected, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
11.8 A Weekly Prize redraw winner will be notified by email and/or telephone and announced on the SPAR Australia Facebook page.
Grand Prizes
11.9 The Promoter will make at least three (3) reasonable attempts to contact each Grand Prize winner using the contact details provided at the time of entry, by telephone and/or email.
11.10 Any unclaimed or undistributed Grand Prize will be retained for a minimum period of three (3) months from the date of the original Grand Prize Draw, subject to applicable legislation and permit conditions.
11.11 If a Grand Prize remains unclaimed or undistributed after the applicable three (3) month period, the relevant Grand Prize will be redrawn from the eligible entries remaining in the original Grand Prize Draw pool, subject to applicable legislation and permit conditions.
11.12 The Grand Prize redraw will take place at 11:00am AEST on Thursday 25 February 2027 at SPAR Australia, 30 Fox Road, Acacia Ridge QLD 4110, subject to any direction or requirement of the relevant regulatory authority.
11.13 The Grand Prize redraw will be conducted by random draw and each eligible entry remaining in the original Grand Prize Draw pool will have an equal chance of being selected, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
11.14 A Grand Prize redraw winner will be notified by email and/or telephone and announced on the SPAR Australia Facebook page.
11.15 Any prize remaining unclaimed or undistributed following the applicable redraw will be dealt with in accordance with applicable legislation and permit conditions.
12. Prize Pool
12.1 The total prize pool is valued at $45,000, comprising:
Grand Prizes: $35,000
1 x $20,000 cash prize
1 x $10,000 cash prize
1 x $5,000 cash prize
Weekly Prizes: $10,000
Across five (5) Weekly Prize Draws:
5 x $1,000 cash prizes
50 x $100 Prezzee Gift Cards
13. Prezzee Gift Card Terms
13.1 Each Weekly Prize Prezzee Gift Card is valued at $100.
13.2 Prezzee Gift Cards will be provided electronically to the email address nominated by the winner.
13.3 Prezzee Gift Cards are subject to the applicable Prezzee terms and conditions.
13.4 The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, theft, unauthorised use or expiry of a Prezzee Gift Card once it has been issued to the winner.
14. Cash Prize Terms
14.1 All cash prizes will be paid by electronic funds transfer to the bank account nominated by the winner.
14.2 Winners of cash prizes will be required to provide bank account details using the form requested by the Promoter.
14.3 The Promoter is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete bank account details provided by a winner.
15. Notification of Winners
15.1 Weekly Prize winners will be notified by email on the day following the relevant Weekly Prize Draw.
15.2 Grand Prize winners will be notified by email and/or telephone on Monday 23 November 2026.
15.3 Weekly Prize winners and Grand Prize winners will be announced on the SPAR Australia Facebook page in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
15.4 Winner details will be published or announced in accordance with applicable legislation and permit conditions.
15.5 The results of the promotion will be made available upon request, subject to applicable privacy laws and regulatory requirements.
16. Verification
16.1 The Promoter may verify the validity of any entry and the eligibility of any entrant.
16.2 The Promoter may request proof of identity, age and/or proof of purchase before awarding a prize.
16.3 Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt for verification purposes.
16.4 The Promoter may disqualify an entrant where an entry or purchase receipt is found to have been tampered with, altered, duplicated or obtained fraudulently, or where the entrant has otherwise failed to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
17. Privacy
17.1 Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be collected and stored securely for the purpose of administering the promotion.
17.2 Where an entrant has provided consent, their information may also be used for future marketing communications from SPAR Australia.
17.3 Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the SPAR Australia Privacy Policy available at www.spar.com.au/term.
17.4 By entering the promotion, entrants acknowledge that their personal information may be collected, used and disclosed for the purposes of administering the promotion, including contacting winners and distributing prizes.
18. Publicity
18.1 By accepting a prize, each winner agrees, subject to applicable law, to the Promoter using their name, likeness and entry for promotional and marketing purposes in connection with the promotion without further compensation.
18.2 This may include publication on SPAR Australia websites, social media channels and other promotional materials.
19. Promoter's Decision
19.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
19.2 Subject to applicable law and these Terms & Conditions, the Promoter's decision in relation to the promotion is final.
19.3 The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from an entrant's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
20. Force Majeure
20.1 The Promoter will not be responsible for any delay, cancellation, interruption or disruption to the promotion or any prize caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
20.2 Subject to applicable regulatory requirements, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
21. General
21.1 Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as an alternative prize, except where expressly stated in these Terms & Conditions.
21.2 The Promoter is not responsible for any costs associated with claiming or using a prize unless otherwise specified in these Terms & Conditions.
21.3 The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where required by law or with the approval of the relevant regulatory authority.
21.4 All prize draws will be conducted by random draw.
21.5 Each valid entry has an equal chance of being selected, subject to the eligibility, entry and prize restrictions contained in these Terms & Conditions.
21.6 The promotion is subject to all applicable laws, regulations and permit conditions in New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory.
